Hi, I'm Pat!

Shark Bait Designs was founded to create custom pillows and decor for a beach cottage. I learned to sew from my mom and aunt in the 1980s, and it's always been a hobby of mine. I have been enamored with NC beaches since young adulthood, and have made so many happy memories there. 

 

I sew swim trunks, aloha shirts, and other vintage fabrics into useful items from my coastal home to yours. Some of the materials have been lovingly donated by friends and family, and others are great finds from local stores or folks. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about my products.
